Project: Asbestos Survey Stretford
Asbestos Localised Refurbishment Survey to 40 No Convector Heaters within a Primary School in Greater Manchester. Although only the heaters are being removed, we had to be mindful of any potential asbestos materials immediately next to the heaters during the asbestos inspection. This included sampling the immediate floor area for any asbestos floor coverings and asbestos adhesives and the immediate wall for any asbestos board. Asbestos identified included floor tiles and adhesives, which will impact the methodology of how the heaters are dealt with due to the asbestos floor tiles which were uncovered during our asbestos inspection.
